All Bebø pieces are prepared and shipped from Italy.
Each item is individually handled and packed with care. As many pieces are one-of-a-kind, processing times may vary slightly.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
During periods of high demand or for more intricate pieces, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, you will be notified by email.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Italy: 1–3 business days
- European Union: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
These are estimates and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges for non-EU shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- shipping carriers
- customs processing
- strikes or disruptions
- events outside our control
That said, if something feels off, write to us — we’ll help where we can.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears lost, please contact us at contactbebobooks@gmail.com.
We will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Bebø is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
Nature of the Products
Bebø pieces are hand-altered and unique.
Minor irregularities are part of their character and not considered defects.
