Returns & Refunds

All Bebø pieces are individually altered, one-of-a-kind objects. For this reason, all sales are considered final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, in accordance with applicable European consumer law, customers located in the European Union may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, unless an item qualifies as customized or made-to-order.

Many Bebø items are hand-modified and therefore considered personalized, in which case the right of withdrawal does not apply.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at contactbebobooks@gmail.com.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Hand-altered or customized books and objects
• Made-to-order or personalized pieces
• Sale items
• Gift cards

EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If your purchase is eligible under EU law (i.e. not customized), you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Return must be requested via email before sending

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a return is approved under EU law, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.
